Deer stalking in Scotland within prestigious estates

Clients will be collected from their accommodation and driven to a selected estate where they will test-fire the rifle, with instruction included, to ensure they are a competent and accurate shot. They will then be taken onto the hill where the stalk will begin. The package includes rifle hire, bullets, picnic lunch on the hill and transportation; all prices quoted are for a single deer per day. Fitness is a necessity, especially for Red deer stalking. (Minimum of x2 day’s stalking)

Prices can vary depending on weight and length of the antlers. Medal heads are more expensive therefore clients should state whether they wish to shoot medal heads or just nice cull bucks.

Rough Shooting

This is the most common method of shooting live quarry, using trained gun dogs to flush game out of hedgerows, woods or other cover, for the guns to shoot. Package includes transportation, guide, gun hire, cartridges and lunch. Birds can be prepared so that clients can take them home to eat, or into a restaurant for them to be cooked.

Driven Shooting (Partridge, Pheasant and Duck)

Driven game shooting is when the guns are positioned in a line about 20-30m apart from each other, standing at a fixed point, whilst birds are flushed and driven towards the guns. The clients are driven to different flush points and can shoot between 4-6 different drives per day. Each drive lasting up to 30 minutes. Package includes transportation, gun hire, guide, cartridges and sit down lunch. Birds can be prepared so that clients can take them home to eat, or into a restaurant for them to be cooked.
