Terms & Conditions

All bookings are provisional until the client has paid a 50% deposit.

We will refund the 50% deposit if a cancellation is made before the cancellation policy (detailed below) is in effect or due to government restrictions in force for group size at the time of the event and you are not willing or able to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

Guaranteed final numbers for groups of 7 and more must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be given for event reduction numbers or cancellations after this point, unless due to government restrictions in force for group size at the time of the event and you are not willing or able to reschedule.

All cancellations must be advised by the client 7 days prior to the event or they will be chargeable in full.

We reserve the right to cancel a clients booking if there are significant changes in the original contract and we are unable to manage the event.

If cancellation has to be made due to government travel, local or group restrictions, we will endeavour to rebook your event for a later date.

Any postponements of confirmed and contracted business will be considered as a cancellation if within 7 days of the event.

We will not offer a refund (Exceptions to the above cancellation policy):

If individuals in your group are unable to attend due to contacting Covid-19, shielding, isolating, quarantining or a disinclination to travel due to fear of Covid-19 or new variants of Covid-19.

We strongly advise you and your group to take out travel insurance to protect against individual circumstances that stop you from attending.

Special requests relating to your booking should be highlighted at the time of booking. We will endeavour to meet these requirements where possible and inform the client where special requests cannot be met.

Under no circumstances will we allow alcohol or drugs to be consumed before or during the activity. Should our Instructors suspect that a client is in breach of this contract ( i.e. under the influence of alcohol or drugs) they will be asked to leave the activity and will forfeit their right to participate further in any activities and will not be entitled to any refund.

If individual(s) arrive after the scheduled activity start time, the client forfeits the agreement to complete the activity, including any activity numbers such as clay shots.

We will where possible, make efforts to accommodate the adjusted time frame for the activity.
